Cup winners!
Well done chaps....you did it - congratulations!!
It was clear there were some nerves out there today and we were a bit ring rusty having not played for over a month but overall I thought we were the better team and deserved our win.
All of our penalties were top drawer, Zac B, George, Marcus, Matt and cool as you like Zak M made it 5 out of 5 - you all did yourselves proud as it's not easy to step up and do that in front of lots of people. Then it was down to our captain fantastic Ollie to pull off a save in spectacular fashion to win us the cup and subsequently find himself at the bottom of a big bundle!!
Man of the Match goes to George who was outstanding all game - well done George!
Today was a fantastic end to what has been a great season - promotion and a cup can't be bad. We'll take a well deserved break now but I am hoping to sort out 1 or 2 summer tournaments if you interested so will be in touch!

"Thanks everyone for a brilliant three years, I've had a huge amount of fun and it's been great to see you all develop as players far beyond what was ever expected. To see you go from a team battling relegation to one promoted to the top division, winning a trophy at St James Park, has made me incredibly proud. Thanks for the card and gift vouchers (far more than I ever expected), and more generally just for the support you've given all three of me, Jon and Luke. I'll be around in pre-season, but I'm going to take a step back to give Luke a bit of room. Good luck dealing with him when he has a sense of importance... ;-)
(And sorry for not really saying anything earlier, wasn't expecting it!)"

Plate Final
I hope you're all looking forward to Sunday's final. Kick off is 14:30 so can we meet at Stadium Way entrance at 13:30 so we can all go in together.
