I'm not around on Saturday but Luke will be at KGV between 10am and 11am for training. Our next game is not until 11th February.

As discussed at training i'm happy to get together at KGV for those who are not doing Ten Tors as we still have enough for a small sided game, so I will be there 10am to 10:45am.

Quiz Night
Central have arranged a quiz night on the 27th of January at St James Park to raise money for a defibrillator at KGV. Please click here for more details and let me know if you are interested in entering.
Central United 3-3 St Martins
It was a really well contested match between 2 good sides yesterday and played in the right spirit. A positive start to the game saw us take an early lead via an some excellent pressure from Alfie and a well struck shot that their goalkeeper couldn't keep out. We continued to impress stifling St Martins passing game and forcing mistakes, however some sloppy defending saw them get level. Francis got himself into a good position to tap in our second and see us into the break ahead.
St Martins upped their game in the second half and deservedly equalised, albeit with a scrappy goal, and started to dominate and press for another. By this time we had some tired legs and our passing game suffered but despite this we went ahead for a third time from another superb Alfie goal.
With only a couple of minutes left to play, St Martins scored again to earn the draw, which was probably the fair result in the end.
Man of the Match goes to Zak Milling for not only standing in as goalkeeper having never played there before but also doing a sterling job - not being at fault for any of the goals I might add. Well done Zak!

Central United v St Martins
Hi all
Sorry for the late post. Tomorrow's game is against St Martins at KGV, 10.30am KO so can we meet at 10am please. We should be on the pitch over by the Swing Bridge.

Training
Hi all
Happy New Year!
Training resumes on Monday at usual time of 7pm and our first game of 2017 is against St Martins on the 14th. As they have pitch congestion on this date we have agreed to flip the fixture so this will now be at KGV.
